Our 24/7 emergency service is available at 800-775-1892. Emergency service rates and response times may differ from standard service. By requesting emergency service, you authorize us to perform necessary repairs to restore safe operation, with final invoicing to follow.
6. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Generally:
- Deposits may be required for equipment orders and large projects
- Service calls are due upon completion unless other arrangements exist
- Net 30 terms may be available for established accounts
- Late payments may incur interest charges
7. Warranties
Equipment warranties are provided by manufacturers and vary by product. Nwestco workmanship warranties are specified in individual service agreements. We stand behind our work and will address any issues related to our installation or service quality.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nwestco shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
